The client is a large seafood supplier, involved in the distribution of marine products. They operate on many continents, attaching great importance to sustainable development. They have IT systems for supply chain management, manufacturing management, WMS, and BI for data and market analysis.
responsibilities :
Create and establish PMO strategy, documentation standards and project management framework which fit best Mowi needs
Create, build up skills and competences in Project Management
Organize IT projects into the portfolios and programs (resource, risk mgmt. grouping and reporting to program/portfolio owner)
Recommend sequence of project to run and manage all IT portfolios, programs and project monitoring (cost, resource, time reporting)
Lead execution of complex digital projects
Make sure each digital intiative is documented; reported within organization
Success story reporting to overall company audience to promote digitalization (department and BU level)
Organize every other month Digital business review meetings to collect information about business needs, challenges and evaluate their payback/influence on the business; help fulfil intial project description as a fundament for business case
Organize evaluation meetings within IT tem to support business needs
requirements-expected :
Experience in IT project management, including creating and implementing PMO strategies
Experience in managing project portfolios and programs, including resource allocation, risk management, and reporting
Experience in conducting business needs analysis
Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with various stakeholders
Ability to define and implement PMO strategies aligned with organizational needs
