We are looking for a Project Manager with experience in project management and implementation of PIM and E-commerce systems (B2B, B2C) to join our team.
The ideal candidate has business analysis skills and understands the needs and challenges of large e-commerce. He is a proactive person and communicates well with clients, he can be a link between the world of Business and IT, and at the same time he builds and develops the Development Team with which he cooperates every day, providing valuable IT solutions as part of ongoing projects.
Experience in consulting and implementation projects and working in an international environment preferred.
responsibilities :
Effective and comprehensive management of projects and development teams.
Cooperation with clients and development teams to provide services, conduct proper communication and ensure the flow of information.
Coordinating work on ongoing projects: supervising the implementation of the service, monitoring project progress, ensuring the quality of the solutions provided and managing the project budget, keeping documentation.
Planning and optimization of resources necessary to implement the project.
Conducting meetings or analytical workshops with clients.
Advising and providing substantive support to clients.
Collaboration in conducting business and system analysis, analyzing customer needs and requirements and translating them into team tasks, collecting and documenting business requirements, ensuring their compliance with business goals.
Achieving set goals.
Identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 5 years of experience in IT project management in the PIM and/or E-commerce industry.
Excellent project management skills and knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile, Scrum).
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, knowledge of analytical tools, experience in conducting business analysis.
Experience working in an international environment.
Knowledge of Polish and English at least B2/C1 level (everyday communication in speech and writing).
Ability to communicate effectively, build lasting relationships with clients and the team based on trust, substantive support and quality delivery.
Proactive approach to problem solving and decision making.
Good organization of own and team work, ability to set priorities.
Higher education - minimum bachelors degree in business, information technology or related field.
