What youll do

• Lead a global initiative aimed at digitalizing People Management processes and unifying the core employee data management at Knauf.
• Actively drive the project trough design, planning, implementation and hypercare phases while managing the key project variables to meet stakeholder and quality expectations.
• Facilitate effective communications between core project team and stakeholders to ensure project requirements are clearly understood and met, fostering strong client relationship and trust
• Establish and environment where the team can be effective and focused on their product / solution
• Support Product Manager to facilitate team’s progress

Who you are

• With several years of proven experience in project management you were successfully delivering complex projects with a focus on meeting deadlines and budgets
• You have extensive hands-on experience in creating and maintaining detailed project documentation, ensuring all stakeholders have clear and accurate information about systems, processes, and project progress
• Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills come with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, prioritize tasks effectively, and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to achieve project goals
• You are motivated by change and transformation, seeing it as an avenue for continuous learning and development.
• You have strong problem-solving skills and are proactively looking for solutions for overall project benefit
• Experience with managing projects within Jira & Confluence and experience with SAP SuccessFactors implementation project is a big plus
