Project Manager – OpsRamp AIOps
Location and Work Mode: Hybrid mode of work from Gdansk or Warsaw
Role & Responsibilities
The Project Manager – OpsRamp AIOps is responsible for end‑to‑end planning, execution, monitoring, and governance of IT Operations and AIOps programs leveraging the OpsRamp platform.
The role blends project governance, service delivery oversight, and technical understanding of OpsRamp, ensuring seamless implementation, monitoring, automation, and integration of ITOM/AIOps solutions.
Project Delivery & Governance
- Manage full‑cycle delivery of AIOps/OpsRamp projects, ensuring on‑time, within-scope, and within-budget execution.
- Create and govern quarterly project charters, delivery trajectories, compliance tracking, and SLA adherence.
- Coordinate with internal teams, WMG, and quality functions to ensure fulfillment, risk resolution, and project stability.
OpsRamp AIOps Execution Oversight
- Oversee the design, deployment, and optimization of OpsRamp AIOps solutions (monitoring, event management, automation).
- Manage OpsRamp components including Gateways, Agents, Discovery, Dynamic Applications, Business Services, Dashboards & Reports.
- Ensure best practices for OpsRamp configuration management, scaling, upgrades, and operational excellence.
- Monitor integration workflows connecting OpsRamp with ITSM tools (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, etc.).
Stakeholder & Client Management
- Liaise between customers and technical teams to maintain project health, address escalations, and drive customer satisfaction.
- Provide proactive updates, prepare reports, and ensure alignment with customer expectations and KPIs.
Technical Coordination & AIOps Enablement
- Collaborate with engineering teams to scope monitoring, discovery, event management, automation workflows.
- Troubleshoot deployment and operational issues using OpsRamp debugging/flow analysis tools.
- Support infrastructure onboarding, agent deployment, and monitoring architecture definition.
Quality, Risk & Compliance Management
- Manage delivery compliance with contractual requirements and information security protocols.
- Identify risks, perform RCA, implement corrective actions, track compliance metrics.
