We are currently recruiting for a Project Manager Operations to join our team in Wroclaw, Poland. As a Project Manager, you will have the opportunity to lead projects related to the renovation or modernization of steam turbines in power plants, combined heat and power plants, and other industrial facilities in Poland and abroad.

Job Responsibilities

• Supervision of project progress;
• Control over the project schedule and budget;
• Managing opportunities and risks within the project;
• Reporting project stages in accordance with corporate requirements;
• Cooperation with subcontractors/suppliers of specific scopes of work;
• Maintaining constant contact with the Client.

Required Skills / Knowledge

• Good level of English;
• Analytical thinking skills, meticulousness, accuracy, and systematic approach;
• Planning, analyzing, and drawing conclusions skills;
• Ability to work in a team and creatively seek solutions;
• Proficiency in using MS Office tools (especially Excel, MS Project);

Experience

• 2-4 years of experience in managing projects in the energy sector

Education Requirements

• Higher education in a technical field;

Physical Requirements

• Willingness to travel for business.
