Join a strategic Data Centre Migration Programme in the payments domain, based onsite in Warsaw. Key responsibilities Lead critical workstreams within a large-scale Data Centre Migration Programme, covering full project lifecycle from initiation to closure Own and maintain the programme plan, RAID log, budget tracking, and executive-level reporting Coordinate cross-functional, multi-country teams across infrastructure, network, security, and application streams - managing dependencies end-to-end Run governance routines and stakeholder communication, including Steering Committee updates and escalation of blockers Enforce change control, cut-over run-books, dress rehearsals, and rollback planning to minimise downtime and ensure service acceptance Manage resourcing and supplier delivery, ensuring high-quality output, documentation, and delivery transparency Ensure compliance alignment for payment systems and regulated environments (including PCI DSS and GDPR where applicable) Use delivery and governance tooling such as MS Project, Jira, Confluence, SharePoint, Clarity , and enterprise CMDBs What we are looking for 5 years of experience delivering IT infrastructure and transformation programmes (preferably in financial services, insurance, or consulting) Proven experience in data centre migration and/or large-scale infrastructure relocation, with hands-on delivery oversight Strong understanding of SDLC and infrastructure project lifecycle, plus ability to bridge infrastructure and software workstreams Demonstrated success delivering complex initiatives in matrix organisations with international stakeholders Confidence working with technical teams across disciplines (network, data centre, security, DevOps, cloud, Java, databases) Excellent organisational skills, analytical thinking, and structured problem solving under pressure Fluent English (daily work with global teams) Strong command of project delivery tools: MS Project, Jira, Clarity, SharePoint, Confluence Onsite availability in Warsaw What we offer Private medical care A high-impact role in a board-approved, multi-million-euro strategic programme within the payments domain International delivery environment with exposure to senior leadership and global Steering Committee governance Opportunity to shape a mission-critical migration where resilience, compliance, and delivery excellence are key success metrics
