We are seeking a skilled Project Manager (O365 Service Desk) to join our clients team in Warsaw. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German. The ideal candidate is proficient in different project management methodologies such as Waterfall Agile and Scrum
responsibilities :
Managing client O365 Service Desk project
Delivering and supporting technology projects at Mass
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned projects
Plan and manage IT projects by identifying tasks resources delivery timelines and success metrics
Manage program scope schedule budget and resources to successfully fulfill business and technical requirements with high customer satisfaction
Facilitate technical support as needed including but not limited to architectural reviews compliance reviews and various project artifacts
Manage project issues and risks to prevent potential barriers to project success
Review with MassIT management project schedules and milestone dates
Create and maintain relevant project documentation such as project charter scope project plans status reports and operational checklists
Ensure deployed solutions are compliant with Enterprise Technology and Security Standards
Lead project meetings with customer stakeholders and project teams on a regular basis
requirements-expected :
Fluent in English and German
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies such as Waterfall, Agile, and Scrum methodologies is essential
Ability to plan and manage IT projects, including task identification, resource allocation, timeline management, and success metrics definition
Skilled in managing program scope, schedule, budget, and resources to meet business and technical requirements with high customer satisfaction
Experience in identifying and mitigating project risks and issues to ensure project success
Capability to facilitate technical support, including architectural reviews, compliance reviews, and project artifact creation
Strong communication skills for interfacing with technical teams, agency executives, and vendors, and for presenting to customers, agency staff, and management
Ability to create and maintain project documentation, such as project charters, scopes, plans, status reports, and operational checklists
Ensure that all deployed solutions comply with Enterprise Technology and Security Standards
Assist in the procurement process for goods and services necessary for project facilitation
Experience leading project meetings with stakeholders and project teams regularly
