Youll manage a small marketing and sales team
Most important things:
- Plan priorities of campaigns and tasks
- Organize backlog
- Create structure
- Execute ideas to actionables
- Create dashboards and flowcharts
- Bridge between clients and team
- Help on copy writing
- Track results and progress
Tool stack: Slack, Jira, Notion, Monday, Asana, Hubspot, Miro, Loom, etc.
Not mandatory but nice to have some previous experience in PM: scrum, poker planning, designing scope of processes, dashboard, etc.
Feeling for Marketing and Sales is a plus.
