Project Manager (m/f) - engineering

Umfang: Full-time

Scope of responsibilities:

1. Responsibility for the successful execution of major projects according to customer specifications.
2. Management and coordination of the project team.
3. Main contact person to the customer during the entire project phase.
4. Initiation of cost, risk and schedule controlling as well as responsibility for project reporting.
5. Setting up and establishing scope, change & risk management at all levels in the project.
6. Manage workflow and internal communications to ensure relevant stakeholders are informed of project progress.
7. Ensure that the required quality in the project (QM & QC) or EHS requirements are met.
8. Negotiations with customers and partners (suppliers).

Requirements:

1. Completed technical studies with focus on process engineering, biotechnology, plant engineering or mechanical engineering or equivalent training.
2. Training in project management or PM certification is an advantage.
3. Several years (min. 5) of relevant experience in the execution of plant engineering projects in the fields of (bio)pharma or oil&gas/chemicals.
4. Sound technical and economic understanding of project processes and interrelationships.
5. Excellent communication and organizational skills.
6. Distinct team orientation coupled with commitment and hands-on mentality.
7. Pleasure in working together with different disciplines.
8. Fluent Polish, very good knowledge of German and English.
9. Willingness to travel (mainly in Europe).
