Your responsibilities

Target-focused and quality-conscious management of global projects for clients from various industries.
Monitoring project progress with consideration of deadlines, resources, and costs.
Acting as the interface between clients and internal specialist departments.
Managing development projects within our market environment, from the requirements/specification phase to series production readiness.
Continuous monitoring of project budgets/risks and initiation of countermeasures.

Our requirements

A completed technical education, university degree, or a comparable qualification.
Initial professional experience contributing to projects in the development and production of electronic devices.
Strong planning and organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and confidence in interactions with business partners.
Proactive mindset, analytical thinking, and a structured approach to work.
Fluency in both Polish and English, spoken and written.
