For our client, a global marketing communication network catering to the needs of the digital era and serving over 200 clients in Poland, we are seeking a Project Managerto join the companys team of experts.

The purpose of this role is to provide the required delivery tasks during the appropriate phases of the project.

Job Description

• Coordinates releases to ensure that the integrity of the live environment is protected and that the correct components are released
• Designs release processes from build, through test and defect fixing, to the release of new or changed software in to Live with the guidance of the Release Manager
• Monitors the efficiency and effectiveness of the release management process across the organisation and makes recommendations for improvement
• Ensures that all IT teams follow the release management process for all releases and escalates any repeated non-conformity
• Maintains quality checks on releases and records those that directly or indirectly cause support incidents

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in a release management capacity.
• Solid understanding of release processes from build to deployment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Effective communication skills to liaise with cross-functional teams.
• Familiarity with IT operations and support incident management.
