Responsibilities
- Leading market-entry projects from feasibility analysis and partner sourcing through full release
- Planning and managing initiatives in regtech, compliance, and new technology integration
- Coordinating the rollout of new enterprise-class tools and solutions
- Managing the full project lifecycle, including budget, schedule, risk, quality, and resources
- Collaborating with technical, legal, compliance, operations, and product teams
- Gathering and validating business and technical requirements and turning them into actionable plans
- Supporting audit processes and reporting to regulators and external partners
- Developing and improving project-management tools and methodologies across the organization
- Assessing market potential and participating in go-to-market decision-making
- Running and documenting project meetings, such as daily/weekly syncs, retrospectives, and demos
Requirements
- 4–5+ years of hands-on experience in end-to-end project management
- Strong knowledge of both traditional (Waterfall) and agile (Scrum, Kanban) methodologies
- Ability to apply hybrid approaches and tailor methods to project needs
- Experience leading interdisciplinary teams and managing multiple stakeholders
- Skill in preparing project estimates and schedules using tools like JIRA, Confluence, MS Project, ClickUp, or Asana
- Experience with project-management and team-collaboration platforms
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with incomplete information and high autonomy
Nice to have
- Familiarity with financial industry or interest in capital markets
- Legal or compliance background
- Experience in the FinTech sector
