Responsibilities

• Learning about the needs of internal clients and proposing marketing activities to help them grow their business
• Developing and executing marketing plans, managing priorities, and ensuring the timely delivery of marketing initiatives
• Managing creative projects: movies, events, and webinars, promotional campaigns - all with the support of our Online Analysts, Graphic Designers, and Filmmakers
• Creating engaging materials: articles, presentations, landing pages
• Managing clients pages on the company website

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to defend your ideas and persuade others of your point of view
• Strong ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain high standards with attention to detail
• Crazy ambition, motivation, and fighting spirit
• Charisma, positive energy, can-do attitude, enthusiasm, easy in building relationships
• Familiarity with social media (Facebook, LinkedIn), Google Analytics, and measuring online performance
• Willingness to work in hybrid mode - minimum 2 days a week from the office
• Fluent Polish required
• Residing in Poland required
