Become part of DELMIA Quintiq Services Team as a Project Manager. Your mission is to lead DS customers toward the digitalization and innovation process adoption. As Project Manager, you will ensure Customer and DS team engagement during the project lifecycle in order to manage and guide the digital transformation of DS Customers with focus in delivering the committed value, securing the full adoption of DS customer-centric industrial solutions and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be the main referral contact point of DS Customer, building a trust based relationship and addressing customer’s business needs while managing the performance of the activities on Time, on Quality and on Budget. The position is located in our office in Krakow.

responsibilities :
Foster trust based relationship with customer, driving a valuable partnership
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders, associated activities & resources to ensure successful contract execution
Lead and/or contribute to the definition of the Statement of Work (SOW) and secure execution according to SOW
Create and manage project plan and scope throughout the lifecycle of the projects
Monitor execution on time, quality and budget, securing project baseline and margin
Identify, evaluate, categorize the impact and communicate project risks. Define, implement and monitor/track mitigation action plans
Manage escalation and senior C-level reporting
Manage and provide guidance to the project team
Prepare/update the business forecast and ensure consistency with information systems
Proactively identification new business opportunities during project execution
Capitalize on project deliverables to ensure reusability. Ensure maximum reuse of existing Best Practices, and create new ones
Produce the lessons learned and secure adoption during the project execution
requirements-expected :
3-6 years of experience as project management in software implementation for external customer
Ability and proven experience in managing teams of 5-10 consultants in remote mode (multi-locations)
Leadership qualities and excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to act professionally with diverse groups of executives, managers, and subject matter experts
Demonstrated ability to perform risk analysis, manage budget and perform resource planning
Very good command of English
Ability to travel (up to 30% of the business time)
Preferable skills and experience:
Master’s degree in a related field
Experience with Supply Chain Planning software
