Candidate will work as project (track) lead for establishing the Toxic Combination Policies in IAM. In the role you will report to the Project Manager of the IBM Mainframe Onboarding in IAM. You will be responsible for facilitating collaboration between SMEs and various technical and business departments to ensure that access groups are compliant to established central IAM controls as well as ensuring that legacy setup is cleaned up.
Besides a well established PM toolbox with ability to navigate in a hybrid between waterfall and agile ways of working, a successful candidate for the role will preferably have the following competencies and experience.

Your responsibilities
- Have E2E ownership of the tracks defined deliverables
- Define, understand, manage and share a transparent overview of risks, dependencies and issues up-front and continuously during the execution
- Status tracking and transparent reporting to PM of Project
