Overview
• The Integration Project Manager (IPM) plays a key role in the Partner Solutions organization.
• The IPM manages all types of projects which focus on implementing Commerce Integration solutions with the largest partners.
• The IPM ensures that cross-functional staff is available and engaged to successfully implement the project.
• Works with the partner to define scope, timeline, and required solutions to deliver the business value requested.
• Has technical knowledge to understand the implementation of an API between the organization and a partner, to complete documentation and maintain tools supporting this implementation.
Relationships
• The IPM interacts internally with the Integration Community Manager to report the status of current projects.
• Keeps the High Touch Integration Manager informed of project status in cases where the project is being delivered to a High Touch account.
• Connects with GITS (IT Support) during the project to ensure appropriate knowledge transfer and a smooth exit to them for support of the partner and solutions.
• Provides feedback on solutions implemented by the Commerce solutions teams.
Deliverables
• Drive and implement solutions to digitize the partners processes related to ordering, billing & collection, and service renewals processes.
• Resolves issues encountered during the project with support of GITS or escalates to SMT as required.
• Monitors project progress and ensures a checklist of actions is maintained.
• Maintains a record of project key contacts/attributes, potentially to be added to the account profile.
• Defines success metrics, exit criteria, and handoff process for all projects.

• Good IT overview; enjoys working with technology (essential).
• Web-based software applications, specifically e-commerce or B2B (essential).
• Strong written and spoken English language skills (essential).
Industry or Sector Experience
• Experience working in the high-tech sector (essential).
• Understanding of selling through partner and distributor network.
• Supply Chain knowledge in product and service delivery (essential).
Education
• IT degree (essential) or working in an IT role for a minimum of 3 years.
• PMP/Prince2 or other project management certification (advantageous).
