We are currently looking for a Project Manager with advanced German and English language skills (at least B2/C1) who will be responsible for managing the projects, requirements engineering, and product development for our clients in the DACH as well as US region. We expect hands-on experience in IT project management, as well as creativity in proposing innovative solutions and development opportunities.

Managing IT projects and preparing client proposals – planning and executing project scope, budget, and quality
# Collaborating with clients at every stage of project execution: from needs analysis through solution concept creation to implementation
# Preparing project documentation (Solution Concepts, Statements of Work)
# Coordinating the development team’s activities and maintaining ongoing communication between clients and technical teams
# Managing project risk, schedules, and monitoring project progress
# Stakeholder Management
# Reporting project outcomes to clients and management


Fluent proficiency in German and English enabling effective business communication and handling of project documentation
# Experience in managing IT projects, with good understanding of IT technologies, facilitating effective communication with clients and development teams (technical experience is a plus, but not a must)
# Project risk and dependency management skills
# Knowledge of Agile project management methodologies
# Effective time and priority management skills
