We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager with expertise in sustainable finance and product management to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing cross-functional projects related to sustainable financial products, including environmental, social, and governance (ESG) considerations. This role will involve leading the planning, execution, and delivery of innovative financial products that align with sustainability goals, ensuring seamless integration with product development cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage end-to-end project delivery of sustainable finance initiatives, ensuring alignment with company goals and timelines.
• Oversee the development of new financial products with a strong emphasis on sustainability, including green bonds, ESG investments, and impact-driven funds.
• Coordinate with product development teams, external stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with industry standards and sustainability frameworks.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets, ensuring efficient resource allocation and risk management.
• Track and report project progress, highlighting any issues or potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Collaborate with senior leadership and other departments to define project objectives, scope, and deliverables related to sustainable finance products.
• Facilitate workshops, meetings, and brainstorming sessions to drive innovation and foster cross-functional collaboration.
• Ensure products are developed in line with regulatory requirements and ESG criteria, overseeing compliance and sustainability assessments.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of sustainable finance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
• Manage relationships with external partners, including clients, regulators, and third-party vendors, ensuring smooth project execution and client satisfaction.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, with a track record of successfully delivering projects in sustainable finance or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of sustainable finance principles, ESG reporting frameworks, and relevant financial products such as green bonds, impact investing, and sustainability-linked loans.
• Solid product management experience, including the development, launch, and lifecycle management of financial products.
• Familiarity with industry regulations, such as SFDR, EU Taxonomy, and TCFD, and their impact on financial product development.
• Expertise in project management methodologies, including Agile, Waterfall, or a hybrid approach.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• A degree in finance, economics, business management, or a related field. A PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management qualification is a plus.
• Previous experience working in investment management, banking, or financial services is highly desirable.
