Sanoma Learning Onboarding projects. Starting with the rollout of MyPortal, a platform for Primary Education teachers.

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to drive regional onboarding projects, starting with the rollout of MyPortal. You will lead requirements gathering with business teams, coordinate 5–10 development teams, and manage stakeholders, including facilitating bi‑weekly steering committee meetings. Additional projects may include integrations, product information management, and other learning platforms.

• Lead requirements gathering with business teams.

• Coordinate 5–10 development teams.

• Manage stakeholders and facilitate bi‑weekly steering committee meetings.

• Drive regional onboarding projects and rollout of MyPortal.

• Support additional projects such as integrations and product information management.

Qualifications

  • Proven track record in project management for complex integrations across multiple systems.
  • English proficiency: C1/C2.
  • Strong understanding of platform services, authentication, and API‑based integrations.
  • Familiarity with education technology ecosystems.
  • Experience working with cross‑functional teams and external partners.
  • Experience working with AI products.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
  • Ability to prioritize speed and deliver quick wins under tight timelines.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Defining and monitoring key deliverables and deadlines.
  • Active maintenance of risks, assumptions, issues, and dependencies.
  • Deep understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Jira, MS Project).
  • Project management certificates.

Preferred

  • Basic understanding of Git/GitHub/GitLab workflows.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field or equivalent experience.
