Lead IT implementation or advisory projects for Insurance, bringing value through combining consulting toolkit with project management capabilities, and deep understanding of insurance business processes and business models.
Oversee projects from their very beginning to the successful formal closure, while managing timelines, scope, budget, risks and dependencies.
Supervise and support business analysis and solution design by facilitating client workshops and driving communication as needed by the project.
Act as a team leader for small, agile, cross-functional delivery teams, supporting the growth of junior team members.
Build relations with key client stakeholders based on substantiative industry knowledge and being seen as a trustworthy advisor.
Lead or support B2B business development efforts, including cross-selling and up-selling our services.
Coordinate preparation and presentation of proposals for the clients’ decision makers.
Communicate effectively and professionally with clients, even in challenging or high-pressure situations, managing their expectations and needs.
About the requirements
You need:
At least 7 years of professional experience in IT projects for Insurance, preferably in P&C lines.
Comprehensive understanding of how insurance carriers operate with deep understanding of core business processes.
Experience in functional design and implementation of IT solutions in a role of PM, Team Lead and/or Lead BA
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with clients, negotiate and defend company interests
Proven ability to explain and apply a delivery methodology to the customer-s project, planning and control teams to establish proper management and risk control
Demonstrated ability to build a joint well-performing team, resolve personal and team issues with limited support, act as a role model to other more junior colleagues.
Strong analytical thinking and synthesis skills to ensure the quality of your team’s deliverables
Creativity, resourcefulness, and proactivity in solving complex problems, applying the economy-of-effort principles to ensure successful delivery.
Ability to work in Poland and the European Union on a full-time basis.
Great command of English language, at least C1 level.
