Project Manager – Finance & SSC Transformation
Location: Hybrid (10 days/month home office)
Contract: 12 months via Hays with strong intention to transition into a permanent role

We are looking for two experienced Project Managers to join a rapidly evolving Shared Services Center and lead key transformation and standardization initiatives across global finance operations. This role is ideal for someone who brings a strong finance background, solid project management expertise, and the ability to operate confidently in a dynamic, international environment.
You will drive cross‑functional projects from planning to execution, support global process transitions, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and contribute to shaping the future operating model of the SSC. The ideal candidate already understands the specifics of SSC work and can step into the role with minimal onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Lead end‑to‑end project delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for finance‑related initiatives.
Coordinate internal teams and external vendors to ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, proactively address risks, and adjust plans as needed.
Manage changes to scope, schedule, and cost using appropriate governance methods.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
Communicate effectively with senior management and global stakeholders.
Support standardization initiatives conducted on‑site, including participation in vendor selection.
Oversee transitions of financial processes from multiple global locations operating on various SAP systems (S/4HANA and others).
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or Management.
Minimum 3 years of experience in an SSC environment.
Minimum 3 years of experience in Finance (Accounting, Controlling, or similar) combined with Project Management.
Proven track record of delivering Finance or HR‑related projects.
Strong communication skills, including interaction with senior leadership.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Advanced English (C1).
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel (no system certifications required).
