For our dynamic Operational Excellence Department we are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager. This is your chance to lead transformative projects that enhance operational excellence, spearhead transitions, and champion efficiency and improvements.
The Senior Project Manager will take the responsibility for managing end-to-end projects, driving each initiative to success.

Your Responsibility:
- Lead and manage end-to-end business transformation projects within the finance area, from initiation to completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and objectives - including data analysis (strong analytical skills needed)
- Collaborate with stakeholders across various departments to identify opportunities for process improvements and operational efficiencies
- Conduct thorough analysis and assessments of current financial processes and systems to identify areas for enhancement and optimization
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to design and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and drive value
- Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation, to ensure timely and successful project delivery, conducting reviews and evaluations, including creating reports for executive staff
- Coordinate project teams and oversee project documentation
- Monitor progress, work to deadlines and manage budget
- Manage mitigation of risks and issues
- Optimize and improve processes and the overall approach
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness within the organization, promoting adoption of new processes and technologies
- Oversee change management activities assuring that we go through changes in a structured way
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members, fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project management best practices

Your Skills and Expertise:
- Proven experience as a Project Manager leading business transformation initiatives within the finance sector, with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
- Excellent analytical skills and problem-solving abilities, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable project plans and deliverables
- Strong understanding of financial processes, systems, and industry best practices, with a track record of implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence
- Demonstrated proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, with a focus on delivering projects on time, within budget, and with high quality
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills, with the ability to effectively engage and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
- English – C1
- Change management, negotiation and leadership skills
- PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma and other certification
- Knowledge of any other foreign languages is a plus
