For our dynamic Operational Excellence Department, we are currently looking for a Project Manager. This is your chance to lead transformative projects that enhance operational excellence, spearhead transitions, and champion efficiency and improvements.



The Project Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end projects, driving each initiative to success.

Tasks and Qualifications:

Your Responsibility:

• Lead and manage end-to-end finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
• Analyze current financial processes to identify areas for enhancement.
• Design and implement innovative solutions with cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
• Conduct reviews and evaluations, creating reports for executive staff.
• Coordinate project teams and oversee documentation.
• Monitor progress, manage budgets, and meet deadlines.
• Mitigate risks and issues.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and change readiness.
• Oversee change management activities.
• Provide leadership, guidance, and support to project team members.

Your Skills and Expertise:

• 2+ years as a Project Manager in finance and accounting transformation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Deep understanding of accounting processes and industry best practices.
• Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
• Proficiency in English (C1 level).
• Change management, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Relevant certifications (PMP, Prince2, Agile, Lean Six Sigma).
• Additional foreign language skills are a plus.
