About the Client
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager who will join a project for our client, supporting complex delivery processes and coordinating cross-functional teams.
The role is hybrid, 2 days of work from the Clients office in Wroclaw.
What you will do
- Manage and monitor stable development and operations teams throughout the entire project lifecycle.
- Coordinate testing phases, ensuring quality, timely execution, and proper documentation.
- Lead change management activities involving a large group of diverse stakeholders.
- Support analytical work when required, collaborating closely with Business Analysts.
- Prepare the project for go-live and oversee the hypercare period to ensure a smooth transition.

- Proven experience as an IT Project Manager in multi-stakeholder environments.
- Strong understanding of testing processes, delivery cycles, and project governance.
- Excellent change management and communication skills.
- Ability to handle basic business analysis tasks when needed.
- Proactive approach, strong organizational skills, and readiness to work in a dynamic environment.
