As we are implementing increasingly large and complex projects, we are looking for an independent, experienced, well-organized Project Manager. min. 3-4 years of experience as a project manager in a software house,
good work organization: ability to plan and coordinate activities, punctuality, accuracy and meticulousness,
very good spoken and written knowledge of Polish and English,
experience in managing the budget, scope and schedule of projects,
ability to work together as a team,
data analysis skills,
knowledge of project management principles and methodologies e.g. Agile,
familiarity with project/task management software, e.g. Jira, Asana, ClickUp,
experience in managing people and processes,
taking initiative, being proactive and self-reliant,
problem-solving skills and ease of decision-making,
experience in working with business clients,
willingness to learn and grow.
established experience in managing several IT projects simultaneously,
basic knowledge in the area of IT infrastructure,
higher education (or is in the process of studying IT)
ability to build relationships,
natural leadership abilities,
courage to carry out ambitious projects
flexibility in situations of change and resilience to stress,
reliability and efficiency in planning the work of himself and others,
experience and skills in mentoring junior staff,
experience in implementing or improving work processes.
coordination of interesting, innovative technological projects,
pre-collection of requirements,
planning the work and responding efficiently to change,
daily cooperation with teams (Developers, DevOps, Analyst, Graphic designers, Testers),
day-to-day management of project teams (including, but not limited to, motivating, providing feedback, ensuring effective communication),
regular support in the work of the team with less management experience,
monitoring the implementation of the schedule,
supervising the teams working time,
reporting,
support in building and maintaining relationships with national and international customers,
presenting the results of work,
cooperation with other company departments and the board of directors.
