Requirements

1. Min. 2 years of experience as a PM
2. Experience in running web, mobile and backend projects
3. Knowledge of agile software development methodologies, terminology and artifacts
4. At least basic knowledge of JIRA or Azure DevOps
5. Knowledge of the software development cycle
6. Technical knowledge in the field of software development
7. Fluent English (C1)
8. Communication skills in working with clients and distributed technical teams
9. Proactive, independent, factual and eloquent

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the Spyrosoft team, who will be responsible for managing IT projects under the wing of our Director of Industry 4.0 – Digital Solutions.

If you have at least 2 years of experience as a PM, you know agile software development methodologies and its development cycle, and you are fluent in English (working with clients from the USA) – this is an offer for you.

Main responsibilities:

1. Customer relationship management
2. Building teams
3. Taking care of maintaining the adopted software development process
4. Project risk management
5. Taking care of the budget
6. Organization and moderation of meetings
7. Preparation of project related documentation
8. Preparation of offers
9. Sales support

Nice to have:

1. Knowledge of IoT, experience with projects in the Industrial domain
2. Experience of running projects based on cloud services (Azure, AWS, Google)
3. Professional Scrum Master or Professional Product Owner certifications
4. Knowledge of German (or willingness to learn)
5. Technical background – technical education
6. Experience working with budgets and requirements
7. Experience working as a programmer or software tester
8. Experience working in a Software House organization
