responsibilities :

Prepare, plan and supervise over the implementation of projects
Create timetables of projects
Ensure a project is delivered on time, in quality and budget
Manage and motivate the project team to take ownership by every member
Identify and manage of risks and dependencies
Implement and verify of measurable qualitative and quantitative project metrics
Determine and assigning roles and responsibilities to individual project team members
Regular report of the progress of works according to the requirements of the Project Portfolio Management Office (also delaying projects)
Supervision over project costs in accordance with the defined budget

requirements-expected :

Higher education (preferred faculties: sciences, economics, econometrics, finance, IT, software engineering)
Experience as a project manager within 3-4 years
Understanding of technical issues
Excellent communication skills in Polish and English both written and spoken.
Practical knowledge of PMBoK, Prince2 as well as Agile methodologies
Experience in managing cross-functional teams of 5-15 people
Experience in conducting projects within a budget of 100k - 1 million PLN
Effectively manage expectations of internal and external stakeholders at various levels,
Being ready to take ownership to drive success within projects,
Successfully managing risks within the projects
Detail-oriented with experience in analysing, problem-solving and documenting complex business processes
Ability to work in our office at least 2—3 times per week
