What we offer:

Working at the office in Bielsko-Biała (minimum of 2 days),

What we need from you:

  • At least 3 years experience in managing diverse agile IT projects,
  • Ability to working across multiple projects,
  • Well-versed in the agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban),
  • Current hands-on experience in working directly with a development team,
  • Easily understanding clients’ needs in various business models and having experience in proactively assisting clients in choosing the most fitting solutions,
  • Ability to communicating technical domain-specific information to non-technical peers,
  • Speaking and writing in English (B2 or above). 100% international clients, primarily from the USA.



Your daily duties:

  • Building professional relationships with clients,
  • Monitoring project progress using tools such as Jira and Everhour,
  • Reporting project progress internally and externally,
  • Managing project workflow documentation,
  • Developing high-level scope descriptions,
  • Managing budgets and forecasting resource allocation according to project needs,
  • Organizing and facilitating project meetings,
  • Managing change processes (e.g scope adjustments and workflow modifications),
  • Assessing risk management activities,
  • Motivating and supporting the project team.
