Take responsibility for technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
Define technical specifications based on project requirements, internal and international standards
Plan technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
Create CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, machinery, and upstream/downstream equipment
Tendering and supplier selection for infrastructure and construction works
Execution of the installation and change according to ALPLAs project management guideline
Ensure infrastructure acceptance within the Region CEE
Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts
What makes you great
First work experience in mechanical engineering or a similar industry
Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment
Experience in installation management
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Basic project management and organizational skills
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Fluent in spoken and written English
Hands-on mentality with a willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
