Your responsibilities
- Take responsibility for technical planning, contractor selection, and project execution within ALPLA plants across the CEE Region
- Define technical specifications based on project requirements, internal and international standards
- Plan technical solutions and plant setups, considering ALPLA Plant Engineering, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, and Maintenance
- Create CAD layouts for new manufacturing plants, expansions, and adaptations, including buildings, energy, cooling water, compressed air system, machinery, and upstream/downstream equipment
- Tendering and supplier selection for infrastructure and construction works
- Execution of the installation and change according to ALPLAs project management guideline
- Ensure infrastructure acceptance within the Region CEE
- Collaborate with local, regional and global technical counterparts
Our requirements
- First work experience in mechanical engineering or a similar industry
- Strong understanding of the technical aspects of various types of equipment
- Experience in installation management
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time
- Drives results with a hands-on mindset, makes pragmatic decisions, and remains focused on achieving objectives.
- Works effectively across teams, builds trust, communicates clearly, and values different perspectives.
