Join to apply for the Project Manager - EMEA/APAC role at Westinghouse Electric Company.

Responsibilities
- Lead meetings such as kick-offs, requirements gathering, testing, project management, and team status meetings.
- Analyze current HR and payroll processes and suggest ways to utilize new payroll tools to improve efficiency.
- Provide subject matter expertise related to implementation best practices.
- Collaborate on project plan with UKG and internally to ensure realistic milestones are set and achieved.
- Facilitate the creation or modification of documentation regarding the new system, payroll processes, and roles & responsibilities.
- Manage the testing and acceptance of the delivered solutions with internal stakeholders (IT, payroll, etc.).
- Support data mapping from source system(s) to UKG Systems and validate data conversion activities.
- Participate in all testing cycles.
- Provide input to change management activities including training, communication, job aids, and office hours.
Requirements
- Prior experience working with UKG tools strongly preferred.
- Minimum of 8 years project management experience in HR projects or experience of at least 3 global payroll implementations in a project lead role.
- Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Proven ability to manage complex, cross-functional processes, working with people in different countries and functions.
- Solid experience creating and implementing policies and procedures to support global payroll processing.
- English language skills of B2 level or higher.
- Unwavering commitment to maintaining confidentiality of data.
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills. Must have the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, specifically Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to quickly learn various HR, Payroll, and ticketing systems.
