We are seeking a Project Manager with infrastructure experience to join our team.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for crisis management, process management, SLA adherence, service improvement, value added activities, ensuring business unit stability.
- Technical background preferred, comfortable with DC infrastructure basics and networking fundamentals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; mandatory interaction at senior business level and internal delivery teams.
- Confident and positive attitude; mandatory interaction at senior business level and internal delivery teams.
- Customer‑facing with a friendly personality.
- Zero Escalation, Zero Surprise, and negotiation with customers.
- Project management skills.
Qualifications & Skills
- Five years of previous project management experience (due diligence, transition, delivery, etc.).
- Proficient with Project Management Tools including MS Project and MS Office Suite.
- Solid knowledge of project management processes and methodologies.
- Understanding of and experience in the full project lifecycle.
- Crisp communication and presentation skills.
- Well‑developed negotiation and relationship skills.
- Ability to build consensus.
- Attention to detail and big‑picture orientation.
- Strong organization and time‑management skills; operates independently with minimal guidance.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in parallel.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- ITIL certified.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE2 Certification preferred.
