Project Manager
Your responsibilities
- Management of the PCT and Extended Investors Engineer team in accordance with PM².
- Daily operational supervision – task planning, coordination, prioritization, during daily PCT meetings.
- Requirements management and scope compliance.
- Assess the impact of design changes on costs, scope, and schedule.
- Organization of cyclical Project Status Meetings, reporting to Client (weekly, monthly).
- Quality control of documentation prepared by the team.
- Coordinating cooperation with Client, GC, designers and all stakeholders.
- The PM is responsible for the flow of information between the parties to the process.
- Approval of RFIs, VRs, acceptance protocols and cross-industry arrangements.
- Development and update: Project Management Plan, Risk Log, Issue Log, Change Log and other contract documents.
- Risk management – identification, assessment, implementation of remedial actions.
Our requirements
- Minimum master’s degree in a subject related to civil engineering, architecture and/or building management.
- A minimum of 8 years of experience in project/contract management and/or contract negotiation (including but not limited to managing, reviewing and/or negotiating construction of building projects, preceding tender submission deadline. For the sake of this requirement, building project is defined to include office buildings, industrial buildings, healthcare buildings, infrastructure buildings (airports, train stations etc.) or any combination thereof.
- Experience in the field of preparation, implementation and risk assessment of building projects.
- Experience in supervision and reporting over the execution of the building project implementation schedule and acceptance of works.
- Experience in the procurement and/or project management of at least 1 (one) Design and Build contract with a value of at least 10 MEUR (ten million euros).
- Experience in project management role for the construction of an office building(s) of min. 15,000 sqm after the year 2010.
- Experience in high value (at least 25 MEUR (twenty-five million euros)) building project negotiations and contract investors supervision services for multinational companies in Poland.
- For reference projects, which are not completed (on-going), the completed part must constitute minimum 50 % of the total value. Only the portion, completed before tender submission deadline, will be considered.
- The Client draws the attention that it would also prefer experience in green building design and certification (BREEAM, LEED, or equivalent). Nonetheless, this is not a minimum capacity requirement.
- Knowledge of EU building standards and regulations and Polish Building Law.
- Practical knowledge of applicable software, at least: BIM and Cad environment.
- Excellent communication skills in English (minimum level C1).
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join and lead our consulting and engineering team working on a large-scale international building project for the international Client based in Warsaw.
The person in this role will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the work of the internal experts team, and supporting the client throughout the investment process.
