We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead critical Energy & Sustainability initiatives. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the environmental footprint of a major e-commerce player, working within a dynamic and international environment.
As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the end-to-end management of Energy & Sustainability projects, specifically tailored for our e-commerce client.
What You Will Do:
- Develop detailed project plans (scope, timeline, budget, resources).
- Oversee projects, ensuring objectives are met within budget, timeline, and sustainability goals.
- Directly manage and coordinate subcontractors across Europe.
- Set standards, milestones, and ensure safety and regulatory adherence.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for subcontractors and resolve issues.
- Communicate with internal teams, vendors, and clients.
- Prepare status reports and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
- Track budgets and schedules, addressing deviations.
- Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies.
- Drive sustainability initiatives (waste reduction, energy efficiency, renewables).
- Travel approximately 25% of the time in Europe.
What You Will Need:
- Bachelors degree (e.g., Engineering, Environmental Science, Business Administration).
- 3+ years in Project Management (with focus on Energy/Sustainability projects).
- Fluent English (other European languages a plus).
- Experience managing complex projects for fast-paced clients.
- Experience managing subcontractors on-site.
- Strong understanding of energy efficiency and sustainable practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Proficient in project management software/tools.
- PMP or similar project management certification is a plus.
