Opis stanowiska

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for an identification of Polish market potential for renewable energy projects;
• Prepare business plan for each project taking into account raw materials, lands, local conditions, financial analysis and selling this in front of the steering committee;
• Prepare planning analyzes for land property and select locations that meet the conditions necessary for the construction of projects;
• Check the provisions of the study and local zoning plan for the possibility of locating renewable energy projects;
• Obtaining regulatory approvals and permits;
• Land acquisition procedures for instalations, relevant permitting procedures up to building permits;
• Working with and building relationships with local authorities and local suppliers;
• Ensure smooth development processes and pass on the projects for Construction team;
• Prepare solutions for further steps according collected information.

Profil kandydata

Requirements:

• Hold a university degree in environmental protection or renewable energy;
• Have up to 3 years of experience in the above mentioned fields;
• At least 2 years of experience in environmental engineering, (experience as expert listed by the provincial governor will be welcome);
• Have analytical and logical thinking skills;
• Have great negotiation and communications skills, can do attitude and self-driven mindset;
• Be fluent in Polish and close to fluent in English
