About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Delivery Manager to join our Wealth Management domain within a leading banking institution. In this role, you will be responsible for end-to-end delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with business stakeholders, technology teams, and external partners to ensure high-quality and timely execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver complex projects and initiatives within the Wealth Management domain
- Own delivery planning, execution, risk management, and reporting
- Act as a key liaison between business, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders
- Manage scope, budget, timeline, dependencies, and risks
- Drive governance, status reporting, and steering committee materials
- Ensure compliance with banking regulations, security, and risk standards
- Support Agile / hybrid delivery models (Scrum, SAFe, Waterfall as applicable)
- Proactively identify and resolve delivery impediments
Required Experience & Skills
- 5+ years of experience as a Project Manager and/or Delivery Manager
- Strong background in banking, preferably within Wealth Management, Investments, or Private Banking
- Proven track record of delivering complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Solid understanding of SDLC and delivery frameworks (Agile / Waterfall / Hybrid)
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience working with senior leadership and executive-level reporting
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
Nice to Have
- Experience with portfolio management, investment platforms, or digital wealth solutions
- Knowledge of regulatory environments (e.g., MiFID, KYC, AML)
- Certifications such as PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, or Agile certifications
