ensuring compliance to obligatory rules (incl. regulators requirements according to Policies & guidelines)
ensuring effective Stakeholder and Change Management and providing appropriate status reporting
requirements-expected :
fluency in English
strong project delivery background (in reinsurance and insurance IT project delivery)
demonstrable experience of successfully delivering critical and complex IT system related projects
experience in Data Center & Cloud projects (Cloud migrations, DC migrations and closures, Infrastructure & software upgrades)
proven experience in Agile and classical/waterfall software development and lifecycle methodologies (SCRUM, SAFEe, PMI PMBOK, PRINCE2) including test management
knowhow and experience in state of the art information technology
ability to work with third parties and offshore development teams
