As our Project Manager, you’ll stand at the intersection of two worlds: the solid foundation of enterprise operations and the bleeding edge of AI innovation. You won’t just be ticking boxes; you’ll be orchestrating the rollout of critical corporate infrastructure while keeping a finger on the pulse of a dynamic, AI-first agile environment.
Initially, your primary focus will be managing the deployment of our new enterprise ERP system and optimizing our logistics and warehouse solutions—the backbone of our business. But here’s the twist: you’ll also have the unique opportunity to spend part of your time working directly with our innovation team, managing AI development cycles on a modern AWS, React, and Python stack. You’ll help us stabilize the present while building the future.
Technical Must-Haves:
● ERP (MS Dynamics) & Corporate Systems expertise – proven experience managing projects involving large-scale ERP implementations or corporate system migrations;
● Logistics domain knowledge – familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) and logistic processes;
● Core PM Toolkit – solid grasp of standard project management methodologies, including risk management, resource allocation, timeline planning, and budget tracking;
● Agile fluency – you know how to run a scrum, manage a backlog, and keep a dynamic team moving forward;
● Modern Stack awareness – you don’t need to code, but you must be comfortable managing projects built on AWS, React, and Python;
● English proficiency – for seamless communication in our international environment.
