Responsibilities

• Lead medium and large Salesforce projects using Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Develop project scopes, objectives, and detailed implementation plans.
• Manage schedules, budgets, and resource allocation while monitoring KPIs.
• Maintain regular communication with clients and stakeholders at all organizational levels.
• Conduct steering committees and present to C‑level executives.
• Work with data and prepare detailed project reports.
• Proactively identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.
• Challenge both team and client assumptions to maximize business value.
• Independently prepare proposals for next project phases and identify new collaboration opportunities.

Required Skills

• 4+ years of experience in Salesforce project management or working with Salesforce.
• Experience leading 10+ projects (medium multi‑month implementations or several large projects).
• Salesforce configuration experience or deep understanding of the platform’s business capabilities.
• Ability to explain the Salesforce release process and knowledge of core clouds (Sales, Service, Experience Cloud).
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
• Strong ability to work with data, prepare reports, and experience with Jira.
• Experience managing challenging situations and leading steering committees for C‑level.
• Fluent English (written & spoken).
• Results‑oriented, proactive, and collaborative approach.

Nice to Have

• Fluent German or French.
• Agile/Scrum certifications (PSM, CSM).
• Process visualization skills (whiteboarding, BPMN tools).
