For the project we are working on with our foreign partner in the insurance sector, we are looking for a Project Manager.
responsibilities :
Project Management: Lead the end-to-end migration process of various business services.
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and external vendors, to ensure all needs are met during the transition.
Service Transition Planning: Develop detailed transition plans, timelines, and roadmaps, ensuring alignment with the overall project objectives and deadlines.
Budget Management: Manage transition budgets and resources, ensuring cost-effectiveness and financial accountability.
Change Management: Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adaptation to new processes, systems, and workflows for all involved teams.
Performance Monitoring: Track and report progress against key milestones and success metrics, addressing any deviations in a timely manner.
requirements-expected :
Minimum of 3 years of experience in transition management, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry, with a focus on migrating operations or services to shared service centers.
Proven track record of managing complex, large-scale transitions. PMP, PRINCE2, or other project management certification is an asset.
Expertise in change management principles and practices, ensuring effective stakeholder engagement and minimal disruption during transitions.
Understanding of insurance operations, including back-office functions, IT, HR, or finance services.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in project management software, and strong Microsoft Office skills.
Experience working in a global organization, with a clear understanding of cultural differences and the ability to work with international teams.
