Flyps is a high tech software house that has been on the market for 7 years, specializing in projects requiring specialist knowledge: R&D, AI, computer vision and high scalability.

As a software house, we build, among others software for self-propelled robots, biotechnology companies, IoT or data-driven companies. We created the first cashless and maintenance-free stores in Poland, our team was a pioneer in the field of building automation.

We build our internal products (e.g. our social live selling platform) and we serve foreign and Polish clients - including American companies from Fortune 500 and unicorns.

Scope of tasks:

• Planning and coordination of IT projects
• Organization and ongoing monitoring of each stage of ongoing projects
• Initiating and implementing improvements in current processes and projects
• Work coordination and daily planning, monitoring and settlement of team members work
• Focusing on finding solutions and achieving goals in accordance with the scope and schedule
• Work on internal and external projects
• Ensuring timely completion of tasks
• Team support

Requirements:

• Experience in leading a long term project related with Computer vision systems, AI, ML or Robotics
• Accurate creation and management of technical documentation for the settlement of grant projects
• min. 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Ability to analyze customer requirements from a technical and business perspective
• Excellent analyze and time management skills for yourself and your team
• Ability to identify and solve problems and conflict situations
• Ability to prioritize tasks and make independent decisions based on a available data
• Open mind, willingness to acquire knowledge and take the initiative
