You will be leading a critical workstream aimed at improving the governance, automation, and lifecycle management of digital certificates, ensuring secure communications across enterprise systems. The project involves close collaboration with internal stakeholders, external partners, and technology teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions. responsibilities :
Leading the execution of the CA & Venafi Workstream
Managing cross-functional teams including internal staff and external vendors
Coordinating with business and technology owners to align on scope and priorities
Monitoring project progress and maintaining control over timelines and deliverables
Providing detailed documentation, progress updates, and stakeholder reporting
Identifying and managing project risks and issues proactively
Ensuring quality assurance across all deliverables
Facilitating effective stakeholder engagement across regions and functions
Applying best practices in project management methodology (Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid)
Utilizing tools such as MS-Project, JIRA, and Confluence for tracking and reporting
requirements-expected :
Experience in end-to-end project delivery within large organizations
Background in managing projects involving cybersecurity or technical infrastructure
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Proven ability to work with cross-functional global teams
Strong documentation and reporting capabilities
Ability to identify and manage risks in complex project environments
Familiarity with project governance and compliance standards
Hands-on experience with project tracking and collaboration tools
A team-oriented mindset with strong leadership qualities
