We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our fast-moving Content Team. The team behind UI readings, in‑app content, meditations, articles, and other experiences that inspire and engage millions of users worldwide.

In this role, you’ll be the engine that keeps our content production running smoothly – transforming scattered ideas and urgent requests into clear, prioritized, and flawlessly executed projects. You’ll operate at the intersection of creativity and business strategy, making sure every piece of content not only resonates with our audience but also lands exactly when it’s needed.

Your impact

  • Collect, clarify and document content production requirements from stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain project roadmaps and timelines for all content initiatives.
  • Assign tasks to work groups, ensuring clear scope, deadlines and resources.
  • Monitor project progress and own deadline management.
  • Provide regular status updates and reporting to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks/blockers early and propose solutions.
  • Help improve content production workflows and tools for efficiency and scalability.

About you

  • 1–2 years of experience managing projects in creative or digital environments.
  • Confident user of Jira, Asana, Trello, Notion or similar tools to keep multiple initiatives organized and on track.
  • Skilled at building realistic roadmaps and managing several parallel projects without losing sight of priorities.
  • Experienced in creating and maintaining clear project documentation—plans, reports, and meeting notes that actually get used.
  • Able to track delivery metrics (on‑time delivery, capacity, backlog) and turn data into actionable insights for stakeholders.
  • Proactive in spotting potential risks, assessing impact and developing strategies to mitigate blockers before they slow the team down.
  • Solid understanding of various project‑management methodologies and when to apply them to maximize efficiency.

Benefits

  • Work from the comfort of your home or from one of our offices in Kyiv or Warsaw. The choice is yours!
  • Enjoy 20 annual vacation days and unlimited sick leave, all covered by the company;
  • We cover the right equipment if necessary;
  • Stay healthy with access to a corporate doctor online and health insurance options in Ukraine or a fixed amount towards insurance abroad after your probation period;
  • Keep learning with our extensive corporate library, internal online meetings and lectures;
  • Grow your skills with our training compensation program;
  • Take advantage of our supportive corporate culture, including assistance with relocation, advice on legal stay abroad, housing support and help for third‑country nationals;
  • Have fun with our online events and team‑building activities!
