Contact Center Project Manager with English

About the role
The main objective of this role is to manage projects within Lingo initiatives end-to-end – from planning and implementation to ongoing supervision of quality, timeliness, and operational efficiency. The person in this position will be responsible for achieving business goals and maintaining a high level of client and team satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Managing projects based on quality, financial, and operational targets
- Analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) and recommending corrective actions
- Leading the project team: setting priorities, developing competencies, and motivating employees
- Monitoring project execution and reporting progress to the Operations Center Director
- Ensuring high-quality customer service, resolving operational issues, and implementing improvement measures
- Cooperating with support teams (e.g., Training, Recruitment, IT) to meet project goals
- Building competitive advantage through innovative solutions and process optimization
Requirements
- Managerial experience in a Contact Center environment – leading teams, managing processes, and KPIs
- Fluency in English (spoken and written)
- Proficiency in Contact Center systems, CRM, and technological tools
- Strong leadership and people management skills, including decision-making in HR matters
- Excellent negotiation abilities, goal orientation, independence, and problem-solving skills
Nice to have
- Knowledge of additional foreign languages
- Understanding of Polish labor law
