Job Tasks:

• Introduction and further development of the brand standard load carrier portfolio (e.g., large load carriers in Euro dimensions and above, small load carriers) within the group plant network
• Plan and coordinate the procurement and delivery of new load carriers as well as organize the sale and disposal of old containers
• Align processes with international planning units and represent companyinterests within theGroup
• Define and agree on processes with responsible contacts in the participating plants
• Collaborate withGroup Logistics and external partners to design efficient container processes, particularly within the European network together with one of the brands
• Support IT-system adjustments and the implementation of a new container management system

• University degree in logistics, production, business or engineering, or completed technical vocational training with further qualification as technician or master craftsman
• Expertise in packaging planning, logistics planning, or container management processes (preferred)
• Experience in project management, including planning, controlling, and implementing complex projects
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for collaboration in international and interdisciplinary teams
• Analytical and structured approach, particularly in process definition and optimization
• Business Fluent English, Fluent German skills is a bonus
