Nelton company is looking for a passionate candidate for a position of Project Manager, who will be involved in the development of company’s projects.

Project Manager

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Manage shipbuilding projects from inception to delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards and deadlines.
• Team/Customer Collaboration: Work closely with customers as well as with engineers, architects, and production teams to keep projects on track and within budget.
• Creative Problem-Solving: Navigate challenges with ingenuity, finding solutions to keep projects on course.
• Budget and Timeline Management: Monitor project budgets and timelines, implementing effective strategies to keep projects on schedule and within financial parameters.
• Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation plans to navigate challenges and ensure project success.
• Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear communication with all project stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing concerns.

Qualifications:

• A Masters, PhD or recognized equivalent in the marine field.
• 10 years’ experience in the marine industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with diverse teams and stakeholders.
• Ability to analyze project data and make informed decisions to drive project success.
• Very good knowledge of shipbuilding and related technologies.
• Very good knowledge of English language, both written and spoken.
• Contribute to the maintenance and development of tools, enhancing team efficiency and project workflow.
• Knowledge of Class and Statutory regulations.
