Requirements
Min 3 years of experience in IT project management
Certifications confirming competence in project management
Practical knowledge of management methodologies
Ability to build good relationships with the team, client, and external partners
Organizational skills to lead several, different-sized projects simultaneously
Ability to analyze customer requirements from a technical and business perspective
Experience in preparing reports and analysis, as well as budget management
Self-reliance, assertiveness, and change management skills
Goal-oriented and positive attitude
Knowledge of English at the level of min. B1 in speech and writing
