We are working as a recruitment provider searching on our Clients behalf for a person in the following role:

Project Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Stakeholder Management/Build relationships
2. Scope Definition
3. Target Operating Model
4. Driving a plan to deliver all scope into BAU
5. Embed and support
6. Risk and Issue Management
7. Dependency tracking

Requirements:

1. Strong communication skills / being able to explain requirements in simple way and adapting the comms based on the audience
2. Stakeholder management skills
3. Interpersonal skills
4. Delivery minded, track record deliver to deadline
5. Being autonomous / show initiative and pick up quickly with new projects
6. Critical thinking / understand priorities and speak up when identifying risks
7. Problem-solving skills / being able to identify problems and suggest viable solutions
8. Time management skills / Ability to prioritize / Being able to understand Business priorities and ring fence development teams from not prioritized requests
9. Being a team player

Project Experience

1. Experience in project management is essential
2. Change & Implementation experience is essential
3. Experience in Infrastructure projects or other large scale complicated projects is advantageous

Tooling

Advanced in MS office / Word, Excel, PPT

Recruitment process:

Two online meetings with hiring managers, followed by an initial phone screening with our recruiter.

Hybrid work: 6 days per month from the office in Cracow or Warsaw.
