Requirements

• Data Privacy and Security Knowledge
  • Has knowledge and experience in Data Privacy, Data Protection Impact Assessments, Business Continuity, and Information Security Risk Assessment, understanding methods for effective analysis in these areas.
• Conflict Management Skills
  • Demonstrates excellent conflict management and resolution skills to handle challenges within teams and stakeholder groups.
• Public Sector Experience
  • Has experience working in the public sector, preferably in international organisations or EU institutions.
• Project Management Certification
  • Holds at least one certification such as PRINCE2 Practitioner, PMP, PM2 Essential, PM2 Advanced, or an internationally recognized equivalent.
• Has led at least one medium-to-large ICT project as a project manager, overseeing scope, deliverables, and timelines.
• Knowledgeable and experienced in applying project management methodologies and methods to ensure structured and efficient project delivery.
• Possesses practical experience in applying Agile methodologies to project planning, execution, and delivery.
• IT and Business Understanding
  • Demonstrates thorough understanding of IT systems and their application to meeting business needs.
• Conversant with current technologies and trends relevant to the project and contractual requirements.
• Communication Skills
  • Presents excellent communication skills, including the ability to produce high-quality written material and presentations for diverse audiences.
• Adaptability and Improvement Focus
  • Adapts work to changing environments, works effectively in various situations, and proactively seeks continuous improvements.
