You will be responsible for ensuring high-quality and t imely delivery. Role also involves engaging with various stakeholders across both IT and business functions globally, effectively managing their expectations through clear and professional communication.
There will be also opportunities to work on machine learning– related projects, gaining hands on experience with next generation AI technologies. The cross-asset platform you’ll be involved with covers price distribution, trade execution and training analytics. You will also have the chance to work with cloud platforms, natural language processing and machine learning, supporting a highly engaged business with ambitious growth plans.
responsibilities :
Lead end to end project management activities including project planning, scope definition, risk management etc.
Oversee all phases of a live cycle to ensure the projects are delivered on time within scope and budget.
Work with Product owners to scope out delivery requirements.
Work with various trading and sales teams to assess their business requirements and scope out deliveries.
Coordinate with global teams including business, operation, and technology teams across multiple locations.
Develop a detailed project plan, dependencies and deliver to track progress.
Collation of requirements and ensuring these are aligned to business and technical milestones.
Talent management and succession planning.
Managing third party vendors and vendor service providers.

University Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related discipline.
Proactive self-starter able to take initiative and get things done with top-notch problem-solving skills
Experience of handling FX or AI projects
FX, EM Rates, Fix Income, Equity product knowledge
Proven track record of dealing with key global stakeholders
Proven track record of managing competing requirements
Proven track record in developing, managing and implementing effective stakeholder management strategies.
Proven ability to improve team’s engineering capability and productivity.
Ability to anticipate and resolve issues ahead of it happening
Knowledge and ability to interact with and advise senior stakeholders in both IT and Business.
Experience in working in an Agile environment with a strong focus on developing engineering solutions.
Able to work within an ambiguous environment, prioritize and reconcile competing demands and resolve complex issues.
Great attention to detail and an ability to identify and manage risk.
Highly experienced in getting the best out of people at various levels.
